We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier location, destination, and carrier. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in tracking updates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free standard shipping may be available on eligible products. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact support@nexagearshop.store with your order number and supporting photos when applicable.
